He is a Licensed General Contractor (BPM Contracting Inc.) and Licensed Real Estate agent. (Re-Max 7700 France Office) with a background in building Inspection, he does investment and development projects and is EPA lead paint certified. He owns several companies in these fields: BPM Contracting Inc. A construction and remodeling company specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. LookSharp Painting LLC. a residential and commercial painting company that does interior and exterior work. SkyLine Mutual LLC. a property accusation company that buys residential and commercial buildings. and Phillips Property Management LLC. a company that does property management, maintenance and leasing. With his extensive background in these fields Nathaniel is able to help his clients get to the finish line with all their investment, real estate and construction needs.
