President Craig Bortman got his start in the construction field in 1987. After many years working in various trades, Boardwalk Construction was started in 1998. We’ve completed thousands of jobs. We are skilled at remodels, additions, second stories, new homes, commercial t.i., bond exoneration, land development, repairs and anything else you might need. We look forward to discussing your project. We’ve worked in Lake Tahoe, Mill valley, San Luis Obispo and all over Southern California. Richard and Maren McKay

We undertook a year long complete home remodel with Craig and were completely satisfied. The work included adding a bedroom/bathroom, laundry room, full remodel of master bathroom, and kitchen w/ new appliances, counters, cabinets. The entire home had new sheetrock, hardwood floors redone, and interior and exterior paint. Basically a new home from some good bones. Craig pulled the right team together in a timely manner and was on site every day guiding the process. He is an organized, excellent communicator and easy to work with.

Craig and Boardwalk Construction are my go to with consulting, remodeling, approval process. I get great results from Craig directly and he communicates well with any and all subs involved. I think they are priced appropriate, clean, efficient and most important- trustworthy. Craig and BW Construction have help me on 3 homes and they are referred to my friends too.

I have been working with Boardwalk Construction for over 15 years and most recently on my personal house. To say we are pleased with the finished project would be an understatement. Craig is very professional and always keeps to his word. Our project came in on budget and we were happy with the pace of work as there was no downtime. My wife and I highly recommend Boardwalk and would use them again on any project in the future!
