We contracted B Sweeney Construction for an addition and new kitchen on our home. We met with Brendan and communicated our budget and wish list. He listened and delivered on time and budget. Brendan and his men were on the site everyday until project was completed. Brendan handled the township permits and water management for us. Brendan’s craftsmanship and attention to detail were first class. The project from start to finish was a first class experience and we would recommend B Sweeney construction.

I have known Brendan for more than 30 years. He, like his father, who built our home, is a superb builder. He has built 3 additions onto our home. He has a great work ethic, completes his work on time as promised, and has great judgment. He has an unflappable personality, and his pricing is very fair. Brendan is about to start on the second phase of a siding/stucco remediation project for me. Like the first phase, this involves removing stucco and replacing it with HardiBoard siding. Along with that, he will also be replacing windows and doors so the job is no small task. The first phase was completed on time and on budget and we were thrilled with the job he did. He was prompt, neat and the job was trouble-free. I would highly recommend Brendan.

We had Brendan renovate a 3rd floor bathroom and we are truly thrilled with the results. We really enjoyed working with him, as well as the contractors he brought in for electrical, plumbing, tiling, etc. Part of the project involved installing a mini-split air system, which he worked into the project very well. Whenever we brought some crazy ideas to him, he worked with us to come up with practical solutions and turned a pretty out-dated and poorly designed space into something that we really love. I have included some before and after photos below.
