A&Z came and did what no one else would. I was looking for someone to finish a DIY remodeling project of converting a shed into a new home office. Where other companies in the area would either never get back to me or leave me hanging after and estimate, Miguel came out the day I put in a request, gave an estimate for the job, negotiated a price that worked for my budget, accepted a deposit, and a few days later his crew was already working on the space. Within a week I had the completed space I was dreaming of for over a year. They did the job exactly to my requests, installing the rest of the drywall, insulation, and flooring with materials I supplied, and they even finished the space up with nice baseboard, door, and window trim. I couldn't be happier to be able to start utilizing my newly remodeled shed for working from home.

The tiled shower in our main bathroom suite was leaking into the room below and causing damage. We were worried about our first major home repair and so had a lot of questions about the process. Miguel was able to put us at ease and explain the pros and cons of our options so we could make an informed decision and not feel pressured. He was very communicative from the very beginning through the end of the project. He and his team were friendly, courteous, and tidied up after themselves each day. In the end, our shower floor was fixed faster than we expected and I loved that they worked to make it beautiful. We already have plans to have Miguel and his team work on other home repairs we planned to do. Without hesitation we would recommend Miguel and his team to our family and friends.

We hired Miguel and his team after a falling out with our original kitchen designer and contractor. Miguel came out the same day I called him and asked him for a quote. He delivered the quote (which we were very happy with) after only a few days. Miguel and his team were super professional. Always on time, they were nice to our kids and were very fast workers. They cleaned up the work area after every day's work. It was an extensive project, a total kitchen gut, that encountered its fair share of hurdles and setbacks. Miguel and his team handled everything, with a "no problem" attitude. Miguel had several good ideas for design improvements and finishing touches. We now have the kitchen of our dreams and we couldn't be happier, in every step of the process. Check this guy out if you need extensive work - he'll deliver the job with very high quality.

Miguel and his team recently installed a beautiful Trex roof deck for us. Working in the city is not easy, but A&Z rose to the challenge professionally and quickly. They created a wonderful outdoor space for us! Workmen were very thorough, took their shoes off before entering house and cleaned up all trash.

We just had Miguel and his team renew our 30 year old deck. Our deck turned out better than we could have imagined! Absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail is impeccable. I highly recommend Miguel Ramos and his team for your construction project. A&Z did a great job with my recent basement remodel. Miguel is a very talented builder who is able to execute on a design plan within a reasonable budget and time frame. He converted an unfinished basement into a beautiful, multifunctional living space that includes a gym, office, bedroom, lounge area, bath, and pantry. He also provided creative suggestions to modify the design when there were more economical or functional solutions. We are very happy with the end result and are enjoying our new living space. I want to add that Miguel and his team are also very pleasant to work with.
