Anna A Well, I can’t say enough about what a professional job everyone at Ava Homes did remodeling and expanding our house. These guys are amazing at their work. It’s like it’s not the same house. Looks brand new. Make a long story short, we needed more space and we started researching if we should sell our house and buy a new one or just remodel the existing one. We thought it was more cost effective to redo this one. After talking to different construction companies, we decided on Ava Homes. They had better prices and were more forthcoming with advice and ideas. They did a great job with the design of the expansion. Our house is 1/3 bigger now. We have an extra bedroom and bathroom and our kitchen is much bigger. This is great. They did a phenomenal job with the construction, seamless, like a brand new house. We highly recommend Ava Homes.

When we decided to remodel our house and spoke to a few companies, Ava Homes being one of them, the decision to choose was easy because everyone from Ava Homes was so generous with their time and so full of ideas. We had four visits from them before we hired them and at each visit they spent a lot of time going over different design ideas and explaining the details of the remodeling process. Compared to the other bidders they gave us a very reasonable quote. Our house is almost 70 years old. Besides remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms Ava Homes replaced all the electrical and plumbing as well as the HVAC. The roof was also replaced. A lot of repairs were done to the walls and ceiling and the floor plan was opened up and of course the whole house was painted inside and out. They also built walls and fencing in the backyard and front yard as well as the landscaping. I must say their work is marvelous. I think our house looks perfect now.

Ava Homes did a phenomenal job remodeling my kittchen and 3 bathrooms. They are just all around great. Impeccable quality and surprisingly great prices compared to our other quotes. No surprises and a timely end to the project. I highly recommend Ava Homes. They are a pleasure to work with.

Ava Homes finished our new house remodeling expansion on schedule and at a great price. They worked with us through the design process and material selection, presenting great design ideas to choose from. They had a wide range of material from various sources with affordable prices. The workmanship was flawless. I recommend Ava Homes for their excellent customer service and quality of work as well as great prices!

I am so glad that one of my friends recommended Ava Homes for our complete remodeling. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy the contractors were to work with. Their design and material suggestions were superb. Material sources had excellent prices. We were totally thrilled with the results. I should add that besides their great quality of work, their prices were also great.

We chose Ava Homes to remodel our whole house. We had just bought the house and choosing Ava homes was the best remodeling decision we made. They were a pleasure to work with. They had the best prices and they did a stellar job. Their design choices were beautiful and workmanship perfect. They made sure that we were completely satisfied with the work. They even re-did part of a bathroom without an extra charge even though it was us who changed our minds about the material. All in all, we think we could not have asked for a better deal.
