Amlung Construction

Amlung Construction just finished a major remodel of our 1960s house. Our goal was an open concept in our living spaces, updated lighting and flooring, a kitchen remodel, as well as an exterior update – a new bow window, entry doors, garage door, roof and painting. The project was basically completed in five months. Project supervisor David Seger and subcontractors were at our house daily. When we ran into structural issues which required a change in plans and scope, the workers needed were readily available, change orders issued swiftly and the new work was scheduled and completed within days. The Amlung Team set high expectations for the structural work and framing as well as the finish work. And it shows! We could not be more pleased with the result. We would rehire them in a heartbeat! Our project had a unique vision and focus with which the contractor and subs were flexible in working with us as it evolved and came to life. It takes teamwork and communication between all parties involved to create an end product that truly is what we visualized our dream renovation to be.

Everyone from Amlung Construction involved in the project was great to work with. Their attention to detail, quality of work, and professionalism exceeded our expectations. They responded to any questions in a timely manner, and had great communication with the designer and architect also involved in the project.
