Alcova Construction is an established, licensed and insured, general contracting company with over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. We specialize in new home construction, kitchen and bath remodels, lake house construction, guest house design and construction and even dock design and construction. We are a one stop shop offering you a seamless home remodeling experience. We have the flexibility to make changes on the fly as well as offer great ideas along the way. We are easy to communicate with whether it's by email, text or phone.

Our experience with Alcova Construction was terrific! Shane was very professional and great to work with. We did 5 ceiling beams in our Great Room and a wood stained bead board insert in our ceiling tray above our dining table, along with installing a new Mahogany Front Door. The work looks great! The team that worked here were very prompt, neat and prepared for the job. We were VERY satisfied!

We cannot say enough about Shane and Alcova construction. From the initial design process to the project completion, his attention to detail was impressive. I would recommend him for anyone who is looking for a detail-oriented, honest contractor, who respects the home-owners time.

From the initial bid, we knew we had found the right contractor in Shane. His proposal was clear, accurate, and most of all transparent and honest. Shane was on-site or communicated with us every day during the project so there was no guessing as to what was going on with the project. His subs are second to none....very professional and excellent at their craft. Shane was able to take our vision, understand it fully, and even offer suggestions to make it even more perfect. He went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out like we had dreamed! When the majority of the work was completed, Shane meticulously went through everything and found small imperfections I couldn't even see. He treated our kitchen renovation as if it was his own house. We have done several remodel projects over the past 2 years with the kitchen being the last and biggest for us. I wish I would have found Shane and Alcova sooner!

Alcova construction did a complete remodel of our guest bathroom, new shower, cabinets, sink and toilet. We were given a very reasonable bid. They alway arrived on time, did quality work and left their work area spotless, every day. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would hire them again for any future projects.

They were efficient, innovative and provided high quality materials and craftsmanship, taking our ideas to the next level with beautiful and practical results. We used Alcova Homes 11 years ago with our last kitchen, so when it was time to redo the kitchen in our new house, we knew there was only one person to call. Once again, Shane and his team knocked it out of the park. His vision combined with the high standards he sets for every one who works for him made this experience as painless as possible. He is budget conscious and has the knowledge and experience to know where the best place to spend your money is versus where you’d be wasting it. If you’re thinking about remodeling, I wouldn’t use anyone but Alcova Homes.

We have used Shane (Alcova Construction) on several remodel jobs. We also had him build our Lake House. He was always very professional and accessible during the whole process. Shane is very knowledgeable and sees the whole picture of the remodel which saved us from making costly mistakes. He also made sure the job sites were left cleaned. Shane is VERY honest and dependable, and his trades seemed to enjoy working for him. He was pleasure to work with.
