Our Florida home contains as many memories as our primary residence so we sought out someone we could trust to complete work while we were not onsite. From the initial quote to the final product Victor and his team exceeded our expectations. Victor had solutions ready when our initial choices were unavailable. Keeping us up to date with texts, pics and FaceTime as our project moved forward it was as good as being there. Beautiful, meticulous work and professional service!!! A++++++++++++++

It was an extreme pleasure and wonderful experience working with Victor, Nelson, and Nelson, Sr. These amazing gentlemen, who are very professional, knowledgeable about their trade, and most of all ... very kind, came to my aid. They not only took care of the tub issues that I was having, but, went over and above to help me with a few other items. I am so happy with the job that the have done and in such an expedient manner, I am having them return to continue doing more renovations for me. I highly recommend Advanced Property Builders, Inc. for any and all of your building and renovation needs.

I am a 30 year construction professional with an MBA. I have worked with HUNDREDS of contractors and APB are simply The BEST! They performed the major interior renovation of my 40 year old condo, and turned it into a home that should be in Architectural Digest. We worked closely to come up with the most efficient and most beautiful design, where no space is wasted and everything works together with clean lines and maximum utility. We used all high end appliances, and they coordinated beautifully with our vendors for a proper installation. The central kitchen area is a marvel of engineering and everything works perfectly. They were able to accomplish this project on time and on budget, in this market which is totally unpredictable. They did everything they said they would, and the QUALITY of their work is top of the line. Again, Simply THE BEST!

Victor, Nelson and their incredibly talented team are miracle workers! Managing this project from out of state and during Covid presented a handful of challenges but Victor and Nelson were there every step of the way. They were extremely responsive, transparent, professional, accommodating and a joy to work with. They offered great suggestions when at a roadblock and were always open to new ideas even if it was something they had not encountered before. They went above and beyond for me and this project and I couldn't be happier with the results. They truly made my vision come to life!

Cant say enough about Advanced Property Builders. They helped me design and visualized my new Master Bathroom, and executed with flawless precision. Communication was excellent, so responsive to all my questions. So looking forward to doing my kitchen with them, highly recommend !

Victor and his team were amazing to work with! we were in the market for office renovations and in need of fast turnaround and professional work. we spoke to at least 5 vendors and they all came in around the same rate. We went with Advanced Property Builders because it just felt like the perfect fit for us. they were personable, communicative, timely, and when they said they were going to do something they actually did it. Even my office staff commented to me on several occasions how efficient they were. The final outcome was above what we expected. they under promised and over delivered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for these kind of services. I will definitely be calling on them again for future projects.
