Short Review: Could not be more pleased with the service. Ran helped me to create my dream house, keeping everything within budget. Long Review: I bought a house built in 1924 in Pasadena which was never remodelled before. From electrical and plumbing to bathrooms and kitchen, all was in real need of renewing. I was new to the Los Angeles area and therefore had to trust on online forums like this one to choose a contractor. I interviewed 5 contractors and in the end decided to go with Goodfellas, with Ran Leemore as the contractor. I choose them first because they had the best price and second because Goodfellas is a big company, which gave me confidence I'd be in good hands. Also from the beginning Ran showed to be a thoughtful and trustworthy contractor. During a remodelling project the contractor will be the person you will have one of the most intense relationship in your life, so it's important to choose well. Initially the plan was to remodel only the two bathrooms and the kitchen. But in the end the project turned into a complete remodel of the house (electrical, plumbing, draining, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, painting, external, everything was renewed). I could not be happier with Ran, Gabi (the responsible for the main part of the work) and their team. They did everything they could to deliver what I wanted (which was not easy first because it was a old house in pretty bad shape and second because I wanted to use especial materials, such as cement tiles and reclaimed bricks). At the same time Ran worked hard to make it affordable (I only had limited money for the project). I could not be more pleased with the result: Ran delivered my dream house. I would recommend Ran, Gabi and Goodfellas with no hesitation to all my friends and family. In the end remodelling a house is also an investment and a big worry I had was if I was paying a fair price and whether it made sense financially to spend so much in the project. Before and after the remodelling I had my bank to appraise the house. Comparing the appraised values before and after and discounting the costs I had with the remodelling project, the house value went up more than 15% its total value. So also financially it definitely was a good decision to work with Ran and GoodFellas!

I hired this company to work on the exterior of my home. I wanted new stucco and roofing done and found them through Angie's List. They were able to bring swatches to the appointment, which was great because I was egar to start work straight away. My project manager Ran was extremely professional and was able to lead his team to finishing the project quickly. They were very clean and protected the areas of the exterior as to not damage anything. Before I knew it they were finished with the job.

I wanted a new kitchen design in my Beverly Hills Condo. The current version was pretty up to date but I do a lot of cooking and wanted a multi-surface counter top for easier clean up. I found GoodFellas because my neighbors were working with them and they did an impeccable job. They were able to come in for a walk though and I signed up right away because I was itching for a new kitchen. The project manager Ran stopped by with many samples of countertops and walked me through the pros and cons of all of them. We used two different materials throughout the kitchen to be compatible with my constant baking and easy clean up. I had to go out of town during part of the remodel due to an emergency but Ran sent me updates and pictures the entire time. They really care about building strong relationships and do a great quality job.
