Just had our family room floor done. It looks beautiful. The installers were efficient and friendly. They did an excellent job! We love it.

We had just moved into our new house and we thought Carpet Spectrum would be a good place to work with. But to our surprise our experience was horrible. We had a tile floor put in our kitchen. First thing we had our tile picked out, high quality and the sales person convinced us to buy a tile that the store was stuck with. Insuring that the tile was as good as what we had picked out. First mistake we made was getting pulled into a so called good deal. Then the installation was horrible. Tiles were uneven and chipped. We called and they said they would fix it. So again we had the floor done and when the installer left it looked better. As the days passed tiles became uneven and now our grout is coming out. At this point we chalked up to a bad experience and would rather hire someone who knows what they are doing.
