INTERNATIONAL WOOD FLOORS was founded in 1987 by Larry Campa, a Pennsylvania native. He moved to SARASOTA 15 years prior to that and worked as an installer for two other local companies. After doing that for a while, he was ready to go out on his own. Feeling compelled to provide his own quality installation services, International Wood Flooring was born. You might be wondering what prompted Larry to work with wood. Well, he has a carpentry background so, he says, "wood floors were just a natural transition." He loves the warmth, richness and timelessness that wood floors add to a home. Wood is also the only renewable floor product. Larry continues to work in the WOOD FLOORING industry because he knows the transforming difference wood will make by adding warmth and value to your home. International Wood Flooring has garnered a reputation over the years in the SARASOTA and BRADENTON areas. We’re known as the leaders in the wood flooring industry for our knowledge about our products, our quality installation work, and our professional service.

Truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish!!! The team was so professional and kind. They even helped me find a demolition team!! All resulted in beautiful floors!!

As an Interior Designer anything that makes our job easier we very much appreciate and IWF is that company. Working with IWF has been a really great experience every single time! The showroom has lots of options in all different price structures so really a good fit for all clients. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable in the products so I never feel intimated with new products when I am in shopping with a client. All the way through instillation process they are top notch at providing quality product and dependable service! Happy clients = happy designer.

I contacted International Wood Floors after I saw their ad on television. I had previously gotten a quote from another company which was substantially higher for the exact same product. Mick was courteous, professional and knowledgeable when he came out to measure and provide a quote. Bernie was an excellent installer. He completed the job in less time than originally given and he worked by himself. Is it obvious he takes great pride in his work. I am been a CEO for four decades. I know how hard it is to get qualified, dependable and dedicated employees. There should be more Bernies in the workforce!

International Wood Floors did an excellent job from start to finish. Our original contact, Mick, was fantastic understanding what we needed done. It wasn't easy as we had our stairs converted from carpet to LVP. So there was "construction" to be done to accomplish this. These stairs have two landings and some turns but they did a fantastic job. It looks amazing. The fit and finish was very professional. Couldn't be happier. And their administrator, Carrie, was very pleasant to work with also. They scheduled it, showed up on time, finished on time. Many others are no where close to that.

Employees are trustworthy, professional and excel in talent of their trade. They laid our wooden floor in 2004, and it is still looking great. Then we had some water damage and they came out and perfectly repaired that damage. In today's world it is very rare to find caring professional that aren't just about the MONEY!!!!!
