As a new pool owner three years ago I have relied on Ponds for People to teach me pool maintenance. They greet me weekly with my water sample in hand and answer my endless questions with good humour. They open and close the pool for me each year without any problems.

Great company! Very good with the little details that sometimes get lost in translation when doing a large project of putting in a pool and all other amenities that goes with that. We received 3 different quotes for our pool and virtually all 3 quotes were within 5% of each other. We chose Ponds for People because of the how personable they were with us and we felt confident that the job would be done correctly. They made suggestions on how to design the pool, the layout and the landscaping around it. They also coordinated all other contractors that would be needed when installing a pool, which made our lives easier. We had Ponds for People Pools install our pool and have been extremely happy with the service that they provided before, during and after the install. We use them to open and close our pool each year - leaving us confident that our system has been taken care of properly and knowing that we will have no troubles with it each year. They take the time to answer all of our questions in ways that we can understand and implement ourselves, as well as letting us know when a professional needs to be brought in instead. This year, we had a number of issues, that Ponds helped us with - our safety cover had holes in it from critters nibbling on it over the winter - and Ponds helped us with an inexpensive fix that ultimately saved our cover and only cost $50. We also had troubles with our cleaning robot and took it to Ponds - they were able to fix it the first time, but the second time (different issue) they had to send it to be repaired. All done under warranty with no cost to us. We also had troubles with too much stabilizer in our system, and the staff at Ponds was quite helpful with our constant water testing requests, as well as recommending different products based on the tests and what amounts should be used. We really appreciate everything that the staff at Ponds for People Pools does for us! Thanks!!

After years of researching hot tubs throughout Kitchener/Waterloo and beyond, we discovered "Ponds for People" as the nearest authorized dealer of "Bullfrog Spas". Leaving the internet behind, we paid a visit to their company, where Cheryl introduced us to the "Bullfrog R6", a new model which we didn't even see on our internet research. Being compact, yet roomy enough for a large crowd, the R6 was exactly what we were looking for! The price was right, interior and exteriors colours perfect, and the options (especially the removable jet packs) made it irresistible. Ponds for people assisted in the delivery and set-up, and are always there to answer our questions and provide us with the necessary chemicals and maintenance plans. We highly recommend them for all your pool & spa needs. The design and construction of the deck, pergola and shower were created, built and finished by ourselves, without any outside labour costs.

Deciding to install an unground pool is not a light decision. It is a significant investment - not only financially but a time investment as well. Neither my husband nor I had any experience with pools. We just know we wanted one! From the moment that we contacted Ponds for People Pools and Spas we knew we were in great hands. From Ryan's initial visit to Suzanne's follow-up to our many questions, it was an easy decision as to who we were going to go with. They were both very realistic with expectations and provided advice throughout. We were nervous about groundwater issues based on where we live and Ryan addressed all of our concerns from the start. Ryan, Suzanne and all of their staff were incredibly professionally during the entire pool install process. The pool installation went incredibly smoothly and was done on time and on budget. Even after the install, Ryan, Suzanne and all of their staff have always been available to answer questions (and there have been many!) and offer advice. This is not a company that does their job and leaves. They love what they do and make their customers a priority. They have made customers for life out of us and we have no hesitation recommending them to friends or family. They always said we would get comfortable with owning a pool and we are getting more and more at ease with it but we owe that in large part to Ponds for People Pools and Spas and all of their staff. They have been and continue to be there every step of the way. The only question we have is why we didn't do it sooner!

We can't say enough great things about our pool building experience with Ponds For People. Ryan and Suzanne were tremendous throughout the planning and construction of our pool. We had several interviews and quotes for this project but we felt this company listened to and interpreted our backyard vision better than the others. The timeline and progress of our build was well communicated to us throughout all phases of planning and construction. Ryan was in frequent communication with our neighbours as well. We had five companies give us a quote on a installing our pool, and Ponds for People were by far the most professional of the group. I somewhat doubted their delivery schedule, but they completed their work exactly as scheduled, always leaving the job site tidy each day and making sure we were up to date on the progress of the install. We have had no issues with the pool installation, equipment, or cement surrounding the pool and it has been 10 years! We are due for a new liner, but that is a natural update. We go to the shop for our chemicals, water testing and any questions and concerns. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company.

We researched thoroughly, contacted several other types of pool companies for quotes and decided to have Ponds for People Pools install our in ground pool. They were on price, on time, informative and helpful. From the excavation to the install they were clean, thorough and exceeded our expectations! Their client after care is terrific and they followed up with us and were patient and knowledgeable always (through our 'pool school' opening right thru to our pool closing). I would highly recommend them.
