Palo Verde Pools transformed our backyard and existing pool into a beautiful oasis. We especially appreciated their creative design and attention to detail. All of the contractors that worked on our project (New Spa, existing pool remodel, and new outdoor living space with BBQ Island) were extremely professional and delivered high quality work. The few times that an issue came up, PV Pools was very responsive and addressed the issue in a timely fashion. They have high integrity and do what they say they are going to do. We absolutely love our backyard and use it all the time now. We highly recommend PV Pools if you plan to add a spa, build a pool, or create a new outdoor living space in your backyard!

It has been 7 months since I signed a contract with this company. I was told the job would be competed within 9 months. They are not even halfway done at this point and I cannot get an answer from anyone on when work will continue or when it will be completed. At each phase workers have shown up unannounced at my home to work. The communication is absolutely horrible. Hard to say the quality of work so far since so little has actually been done, but I can say that the plumbing was subpar when installed and I had to complain for weeks before anyone would agree to come look at it and fix it. Pretty sad that someone not in the business can notice how off the plumbing was but the guys they hired to do the work felt it was acceptable. No clue when my pool will be completed at this point but I can say I regret every minute of signing a contract with this company. I would highly suggest going with a different company to build your pool.

I was frustrated in the beginning. However, they have really been great. And we absolutely love our pool. I would delete my negative comment, but, I don’t know how to do that

STAY AWAY from Palo Verde Pools. If you are considering a pool go with a reputable Pool Builder. I had Palo Verde install my pool in 2017, Shortly after completion 6 months Bare spots started appearing in pool interior. Contacted Jay owner of Palo Verde Pools, He said you messed up the Chemicals would not even come to look at problem until 2 years later after I contacted Register of Contractors. Conclusion after 4 Reputable Pool Companies is it was a bad batch of Stonescapes Pebble material sold by NPT Pool Supply in the contract NPT warrants their product for 10 years, they don't warrant it at all. So stay away from any Pool Builder who uses this material they just didn't want to even hear about the problem. So after Paying $58,000.00 3 years ago I am having to pay a reputable company $9,600.00 to remove the Stonescapes Junk and replace with true Pebble Tec the trusted pool surface. Photos upon request. Rough start,,, but very much worth it. We love our pool and spa!!!! They did a really nice job!

They were Artistic, Can-Do, timely, Clean, and Technically Up To Date. Definitely recommend them over others we considered. Had a great first season with it and we still love the job. They talk in easy to understand vocabulary. And spent the time with us to understand what we wanted and they hit it perfectly.
