Natural Stone Pools installed a water feature on our existing, recently installed pool. We didn't know exactly what the completed product would be, as we gave him artistic license to complete it. The project went smoothly even with a few rain delays. When the water feature was completed, we were in complete awe. It was so much greater than what we were expecting. It completely changed the pool. We had issues with our pool contractor and small problems with the pool and this water feature made us forget about them. Now I wish we would've had Jerry do the pool for us. We are thinking about putting more features in our pool, and Jerry will be the only one that we contact.

The worst contractor I have ever worked with. Jerry was never on site to supervise the project. The few times he was present to actually supervise the work he dismissed my concerns and was always condescending. The concrete surround around my 9month new pool is already cracking. STAY AWAY form Natural Stone Pools / Jerry

Ms. Vincelee Stevens, I am sorry that your experience was not pleasant. It is always our goal to have each and every customer feel good about their choice to contract with Natural Stone Pools. Jerry checks each job daily, and yours was no exception. While some requests were baffling, confusing, and outside the realm of possibility or beyond the budget, it was never my intent to be dismissive or condescending. If that was your interpretation, I sincerely apologize. We are more than a bit surprised to receive this review since we have received no notification of any complaints, and were under the impression we had ended on a positive note. It took six weeks from start to finish including additional work of retaining wall, regrading soil, sod, stump and plant removal, etc. and most at no additional charge to you. North Texas soil is one of the biggest challenges we face when building pools, which is why no pool company in the entire metroplex has or will guarantee pool decks against normal cracking, raising, settling, or discoloration. Although we have fulfilled 100% of our agreement, we would certainly be happy to take a look at any issues and address them if we can.

That's our "water basketball pool" in the first pictures. We absolutely loved working with Jerry and Shannon. It's been 7 years now and our pool still looks great. I would highly recommend them over the larger companies. They are extremely attentive to detail and you could not ask for more personalized service. Anyone who would like to see our pool, just let them know.

What a great company! The reason why we chose Jerry and Shannon to build our pool is because of the customer service we received during the design process. They got back to us so quick when it took other companies a very long time or sometimes not at all. We made a lot of changes to our design, probably five, but they didn’t mind. They changed everything we asked and gave us more than what we dreamed. We would recommend this company. Jerry and Shannon are great!

Jerry Borders, of Natural Stone Pools, is not just a pool builder but a true artist. I once saw a pool he built that looked perfect to me; however, he decided to drive to Oklahoma to find a couple more boulders for the waterfall to look perfect to him. His standards are high and he truly cares about every pool he builds. As a homebuilder and remodeler, I have learned that those are important qualities to be looking for in a pool designer.

We are REALTORS and own several properties that Natural Stone Pools has helped us enhance. One property in Richardson had a center courtyard that was dreadful and Natural Stone Pools turned it into a Japanese Zen Garden that included a Koi Pond, Arbor, Crushed Granite, and seating. In addition, they have done several pool remodels for us that included some of their signature stone work, custom tile, and breathtaking waterfalls including full landscaping that bloomed all year long! Many of our clients that have purchased homes without pools have used Natural Stone Pools to complete their backyard and all have been more than thrilled with the results.
