You will not find better service or quality! The whole team made this a simple process and the results were amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because they DEFINITELY deserve it!

Florida Pool Tech does not stand behind the products they install. When I called them to come out and take a look at a light they installed four months prior because the coating had deteriorated, they basically told me I did not take care of the chemicals in my pool. I sent a picture of the piece they used to install my light because they wanted to charge me an additional $75 service fee to drive less than 5 miles from their business and take a look. I already paid them over $500 the first time and did not feel they should be paid to fix something that was never broken (the piece around the light). When I asked if they would make it right, they told me there is nothing they could do because my water was acidic and was to blame for the deterioration of what had been installed just 4 months prior. Here's the bottom line - after several phone calls, pictures, and email correspondence, the issue is not resolved. They haven't even come out to look. We use local Dunedin companies when possible, but I am extremely disappointed with Florida Pool Tech.

We had Florida pool tech come out and diagnose the repair for our pool heater. We lived here for almost a year and it never worked since we lived here. The technician was veGreat experience with our travertine deck renovation! Well within the timeline and cleaned after themselves. Our old deck was of concrete and was beginning to look pretty bad and water would pool in different areas and flood. The new deck they installed doesn't have any of these issues anymore and it looks fantastic!ry courteous and gave us the quote and repaired it very fast. We will definitely use them again and recommend them.
