Exclusive Pools is under investigation for stealing over 1M dollars from clients and we are one of them. So far there are 18 clients with liens for unpaid sub contractors. We all have lost a lot of money for unfinished pools. All pools are left after the Ganite and no other work is completed. Pat and Eric, owner and son, have stopped returning phone calls, test messages to everyone. They have removed all negative comments from their FB page. They can no longer pull permits and their license will soon be lost. Cox Pool is working under Exclusive Pools license. Beware of them too. They can no longer pull permits as well. 0n 6/19/19, I entered into a contract with Exclusive Pools in the amount of $76,200 plus a $500 addendum for the retaining wall, as well as a $500 down payment. On 7/1, they dug the hole and requested $20,000. I paid them with check #4216. One week later, on 7/18, they shot the gunite and requested $19,050. I questioned why they wanted 50% of the payment when they only had about 20% of the pool done, so they told me I had the payment draw schedule. On 7/19, I wrote check #4217 in the amount of $19,050. On 08/29, I received a letter from Elite Gunite notifying me that they were not paid and that they were going to file papers and put a lien on my property. The lien was placed on 09/05 in the amount of $7,359.35. I contacted Exclusive Pools (Sabrina) and she replied stating that Pat, the owner, would call me, which he never did. I sent a copy of the letter to Eric Reardon via text message and did not receive a response. A few weeks later on 08/2I, I received an unpaid bill from the plumbing company Hajoca Corporation in the amount of $2,874.75 and on 9/19, I receive a past due bill in the amount of $1,676.00 from Jimenez Quality Pools for steel products, etc. I am not sure what else is owed to subcontractors/suppliers since nobody returns my calls. I had to pay CIBI $1,755 to have the cement footer poured. I have made several attempts to contact Pat Reardon, Eric Reardon and the Exclusive office, which has been unsuccessful. Exclusive Pools have not paid any of the subs/suppliers.

BEWARE* Exclusive installed a higher end pool & spa for us in early 2013. Communication, attention to detail, quality and customer service fell far below what we expected. Worst of all they refused to stand behind their failing product less than two years after installation. The first thing we were asked when we inquired with them was who referred us, because they would receive a $200 referral fee. We gave them the name of our friends who referred us. Throughout the entire pool build process, even after we paid our final bill in full we were promised that our friends would be paid their referral fee. It is now 2-years later and they were never paid. During construction we had many problems with lack of communication and lack of attention to detail. There were several quality issues including the paver deck installed incorrectly and at the wrong elevation, dents & scratches on the aluminum enclosure and final rough grading being left too low. After we complained most of these items did get corrected; although not all of them. Additionally the wrong style of rock wall was installed on our spa. They did offer to correct the rock wall on the spa, but by that point we didn’t want another multiple week delay on a project that was already behind schedule. The final straw has been that recently our LED spa light stopped working. Upon investigation it appears the light was installed incorrectly causing water to leak inside of the light housing. The corrosion inside of the light indicates that this problem existed long before we discovered it. We called Exclusive and they told us the warranty was one year and quoted me $450 to replace the light. They were unwilling to stand behind their product or their installation. On top of everything else their customer service is terrible, communication is strained and they are combative to their clients.
