Cox Pool Sales

Very pleased to have found Cox Pool Sales. Our new pool looks great. Obviously, things were delayed related to the pandemic, however, we understood this from the beginning. The help in design and layout was really appreciated. The employees were respectful. We were able to get answers to all questions and concerns along the way. We love the finished product and can't wait to use it for years to come.

This is a horrible company. The owner does not communicate with his clients. Not only that but doesn't inform the client if they are going to make drastic changes to your pool. I worked with five other companies during the same time I worked with this company ALL of them kept me up to date on what was going on with my orders EXCEPT Cox Pools. My pool looks horrible and the owner is blaming the original construction of the pool. According to him it's everyone else's fault that my pool now looks horrible but his. It's pathetic. You can clearly see in some of my photos even as the first batch of water is going the wrinkles in my liner. But this is what Cox Pools considers a job well done. Not only that because he "claims" there are additional issues that I should hire him next year. I will never hire this company again for a multitude of reasons. The first being he is horrible at communicating with clients. I sent him texts that went days without a response. Number two the first time his worker came to my house, I didn't even know they were coming that day because the owner didn't inform me they were coming out that day, they just walked into my backyard without any notice. Thirdly he changed the functionality of my pool without ever asking me.
