Brothers 3 Pools

We visited the showroom last year so we had the pool we wanted in mind and purchasing it remotely was very easy. Christine was very helpful! We purchased a semi in ground 12x20 oval slat wall pool. We decided to install it ourselves and it was quite a puzzling experience (not so great instructions) but luckily my husband is a contractor so we were able to figure it out! Delivery of the pool was ahead of schedule and everything was packed nicely. We just finished the install and the pool is filling. It looks beautiful!

From the moment we walked into the store, I knew this was the right choice. Dan Levine went out of his way to make this a very user friendly experience, helping us every step of the way. The installation of the pool by Sparkle Pools was just as wonderful. The workers were friendly and courteous and went above and beyond in the work. My only downfall to this entire experience was the use of Raia Landscaping for the excavation and restoration. Communication was horrible, we were quoted a price and he came back after the fact with a price that was $750-$800 higher (which Brothers 3 quickly took care of) They did not show up when scheduled, then showed up late the next day and worked until almost 9:30 at night. Left the backyard in complete disarray for over 2 weeks again with horrible communication until Brothers 3 again stepped in as mediator and when I finally got a call back I was given a nasty attitude for calling Brothers 3 from Raia Landscaping. They are supposed to be here tomorrow to finish the job , I certainly hope they do although it will not change my opinion of Raia Landscaping. Thank god for Brothers 3 and all their help in making everything perfect.

My wife and I went into Bethpage location to browse. Felt very comfortable with Salesman Carlo. Very Knowledgeable about all products offered. We purchased that day. No hard sell. Up to date technology to show how your pool fits in your yard. All in all a very nice process. Install date is soon. Looking forward to using Brothers 3 Pools for all my needs.

We purchased our above ground pool and hot tub here and continually go in for help with chemicals, water testing and pool supplies. Our experience has always been wonderful through each process and Chris is really helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to purchasing and help! Highly recommend Brothers 3!!
