Absolutely neglectful it's like they don't care about your needs. Morlene in the office has a horrible attitude. When gene 1st installed my pool he did a horrible job everything is backwards and I have had nothing but problems with it ever since. I would strongly suggest staying away from this company

DO NOT USE. Marlene and Gene are terrible to work with. We paid them almost $50,000. Once they got paid they stopped responding to our calls and have not completed our pool. I’ve read several other reviews that say the same thing. It seems like they are out to scam people out of money.

Award Pools and Spas are under new ownership. It's a shame the only other review is from the prior ownership. We have had an outstanding experience! Communication is excellent. The crew are knowledgeable and respectful while working on my property. I will be posting photos once the landscaping is complete. We know lot's of people who have used them with excellent results!

Over promise and under deliver. Poor workmanship & communication. I spent a lot of money with them to get what I was told would be an extremely nice looking pool, deck, fence, etc. Less than 2 weeks after concrete was poured it cracked. Their answer was to just patch it. The patch was a different color and humped up, huge eyesore now. The concrete coping along the edge of the pool started cracking and chipping about 2 weeks after it was done. It constantly chips off and falls into the pool. They have tried to "patch" it 4 times and it's still coming off. This looks horrible. All they can offer is excuses, no solution. I had to get my own contractor to do some of the work because theirs fell through twice. Communication is very poor from them, especially after I started having the issues mentioned above. They were basically avoiding me. Also had to call in my own final inspection because they would never do it. Regretting my decision to use them every time I look at the pool. Look elsewhere.
