Aqua design did a great job designing and building our pool and outdoor kitchen. Carl has been a great help in making sure that our pool is set up and properly and running smoothly. Several years ago i needed to update my pool and wanted to add a spa with waterfalls. I brought out several companies and Aqua Design was the clear winner. In the end i also added a 100ft plus commercial slide. Jeff ( owner) was easy to deal with finished on time and on budget. Any minor issues i had during the first several years of ownership were addressed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area considering new or renovation pool work.

We are extremely pleased with the pool and hardscape that Aqua Design Pools & Spas installed for us. Everything was handled professionally from the design and layout to the finished pool, patio and fire pit. Each crew was exceptionally polite, easy to work with and took pride in their work. If this is your first time building a pool, as it was for us, let me tell you it’s a messy business, but you can rest assured that this family run business will keep the process moving forward as smoothly as possible. Every member of their staff is helpful and accommodating and we could not be happier with the results. Aqua Designs is hands down the most incredible, professional pool company in the business! If we could give this company and their staff a 10 star rating, we would. They exceeded our expectations on every aspect of the entire process. They made the process seamless. Starting with Jeff, he was very professional and patient as we continued to ask for changes to the original design plan. Every single time they scheduled to come out, they were there on time and completed each task. Each and every staff member was knowledgeable, hardworking, and exceptional. Our pool decking looks immaculate. Kevin and Faye, who we worked with the most, were very responsive and really….THE BEST!! They were also very patient with us during the entire project. All in all, we LOVE our beautiful pool, we LOVE our hardscapes, we love all the staff at Aqua Designs. My suggestion, hire Aqua Designs. They are everything they say they will be and more.

We are so happy that we chose Aqua Design’s to build our backyard dream pool! We started getting pool estimates late last summer and made the decision to start our pool late December 2017. We looked at 3 designs from 3 different companies. We had the best initial experience with Aqua Design as we felt like they took the time to understand what we wanted from our pool design. They also came back with a design that had the most features for less money than our other two estimates. There were no “hidden costs or add on fees” and everything that one would need in a pool was included. They kept us informed of where we were with our project, and they were always on time throughout the process of building and completing our pool. Every single person we encountered at Aqua Design was genuinely excited about our pool and treated our property and project as if it was in their own backyard. When it came time to do the final punch out list we were asked “what else do we need to do that we haven’t done yet”? My husband and I looked at each other in surprise as we looked all around our pool trying to find one thing they could do but couldn’t find one thing left. Our pool is absolutely perfect. We didn’t encounter one single problem or any dissatisfaction with Aqua Design. We have friends who had pool projects that didn’t go nearly as smoothly, so this was a huge concern of ours going into the project. Since building our pool we’ve been asked a few times what would we change or what problems did we encounter? We can honestly say we wouldn’t change one thing, and we had zero problems. If we were to ever build another pool, we would choose Aqua Design again.

The folks at Aqua Design provided us with a great plan for our pool project and kept to the construction schedule just as promised. The pool was a complement to the existing topography and the finished product was beautiful and fully functional. The staff were in constant contact with us keeping the project moving thru the final inspection. We are thrilled the results.

My wife and decided after many frustrating years of using our community pool to take the plunge and transform our backyard into our own Pacific Northwest paradise. Our initial consultation with Company owner Jeff U. was extremely delightful. We explained our thoughts and ideas for our pool design and Jeff listened and offered additional suggestions based on his many years of experience. He answered our questions and made us feel comfortable through the initial process without the high pressure used car salesman approach!! The construction process was done with respect to our property as well as to our neighbor's. The crew was very professional and Mark U. was on-sight to supervise the crew and answer questions as needed. Construction was completed within the timeframe promised, approximately eight weeks. Faye our sales rep was extremely patient with our many questions and prompt in responding to emails. She made the seemingly overwhelming process of selecting options such as tile, coping, pavers, pebble size and color easy and exciting. She made sure that our pool tied in with our house design so that there was a consistent design flow between them both. After completion of our pool we're thrilled with the results and can't wait until spring. We have no plans of moving but if we do and are ever in need of another pool we would only contact Jeff and his team at Aqua Designs.

I cannot say enough good things about Aqua Design Pools! I have had many friends that have had pools installed and it was a nightmare! From them not showing up, not doing what they say they are going to do, charging more for items that should be included and one that the pool company left in the middle of the project, took his money, and never of finished! Aqua Design is the complete opposite from all of the above! They quoted the pool and stuck by their quote the whole time. Everything they said they would do they did and even finished my pool early! I remember one morning I wanted to make a change and called Mark (one of the owners) at 7AM and he met me at my house within 30mins - That is the epitome of service! After the install was done, and now for the last 2 years anytime I call/email them with questions or concerns they answer immediately! Jeff and Mark Umberger are nothing short of miracle workers. They took our ugly, useless backyard and turned it into a small paradise. They transformed what we called "the goat hill" into a free form pool with sheer descents, surrounded by natural stone walls, walkways and patios. Our pool is beautiful, tasteful and fits in seamlessly with the natural surroundings, giving it a very relaxing and spa-like appeal. In addition to being gifted with the ability to "see" what will work in your landscape, they are professional every step of the way and really make the job fun. Their workers are skilled, attentive to detail, polite and they clean up after themselves. At every stage our yard looked better when they left, even in the rain! We could not be happier with our pool. We have had more that one neighbor say: "I would have bought this house had I known the backyard could have been transformed like this."
