In 1990, Diane and Linda Sutton, daughter and mother started Woodstoves Unlimited in Culpepper, VA. At first it seemed as if they’d made a bad decision, but being tenacious and persistent has paid off. After a few short years in the business they were ranked number eight in Harman sales. In 2002, Diane and Linda sold the business to George Shifflett, Diane’s father-in-law. George has continued to operate the business in the same way it was founded. By paying special attention to each persons needs and offering good quality service when needed. In September 2006, Timothy Shifflett (Sam) joined the team at Woodstoves Unlimited. Sam is a master electrician and brings 20 years of electrical experience with him. The company can now offer electrical service to their customers. Woodstoves Unlimited offers a full line of stoves to include: wood, pellet, coal, gas, outdoor boilers and fireplaces. The showroom has over forty stoves on display for all customers to view.
