I have always wanted a wood burning insert and I finally got one. The folks at The Place were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I had to wait about a month to get the components for my insert because of some inventory delays but it was worth the wait. Cost seemed right as well. The installation took only about an hour and it was a bit messy but to be expected. The technicians cleanliness needs a little more attention. Thanks for your help and services.

Our Nordic Spa needed a new cover. Bob in the parts department looked up our model on file and had a custom locally sewn cover in just a couple days! He even helped load it after we completed our purchase!

NEVER, NEVER, EVER going to do business here again!!! Warranty with $100 "deductible"????? Just over a year old. "Travel fee"????? Just over a year old, jets not working right, popping out,.... And I gotta pay $131.00 and change???.? NO, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I consider The Place to be one of only a few contractors/providers whom I’d ever hire again or recommend. The installation team were a pleasure to have in our home. They were extremely considerate of our home and cleaned up behind themselves. We love our new fireplace and tv wall. The picture doesn’t do it justice only because we painted the entire living room after completion. We highly recommend The Place.

We selected the place to purchase and install a fireplace in our basement remodel project. The team came out and did a pre install survey and gave us options on how to do the venting. We made our choice and then they handled the installation extremely professionally. We are so pleased with the end result and the high level of service we received. We most definitely recommend them for fireplace installation.

The Place was very professional and nice to work with. Beside installing the HeatN Glo gass insert, we had them tear down our old tile, Install the new Insert and install new tile in a Herringbone pattern. We were very pleased with the tile install as well as the insert install. We have been using the HeatNGlo when temp are below 50 degree by a few clicks on the remote. We are happy with our tile and insert and recommend 'The Place' to all !

My wife and I wanted to update our 1970's gas fireplace. The folks at The Place were wonderful to work with and helped us look at options. No pressure. We settled on a gas insert with remote start. Installation was flawless and crew very professional. Beautiful upgrade. We find that we use the fireplace more often now. Very pleased. Well done. Great people. We'd go back again. The owner, Andrea patiently answered all of our questions, assessed our needs and gave her professional suggestions. She was right on the money. We got exactly what we wanted for our needs and budget. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We really valued her honesty, integrity and professionalism in guiding us through such an important undertaking. The crew that installed the tub was also very professional and courteous, and answered our many, many questions. We tell anyone who asks, to go to The Place. From spas to grills to chemicals and fireplaces, all there products are high quality. On the rare occasion that we have needed a service call, the technicians have arrived on time, completed the job thoroughly and cleaned up carefully when finished.
