Purchased a Riviera 42 that was installed in June 2016, but did not include the control panel or exterior faceplate, so it is not operational. 4 months later, we are still waiting for the control panel and they are not responding to calls or emails - this is a poorly run company - stay away.

After purchasing from this company in the past, I placed an order In December 2014, and was told to forward $17,255. in advance of shipping within 4 days. After months of false promises, they refuse to answer calls. No product or refund has been received as of June 2015.

Ultimate Interiors

I had the privilege of working with Brandon from "coastline" He was knowledgeable and professional. He arrived 20 minutes early for my consultation and I was very impressed with his experience in the design field. I wanted to purchase the riviera 66 model however Brandon convinced me to go with the riviera 44 which was smaller and defiantly fits my room better. This is defiantly a product and company I would recommend to my family and friends. I would give them 5 stars however they forgot my remote which I received 3 days later, mistakes happen. Ultimate Interiors.

Comentado: Fireplace seriously overdue for a makeover!to update the fireplace I would remove the brass, Any specialist can powder coat it. You could even put in a gas insert with a linear burner to make it more contemporary and make it more efficient

Comentado: Price and heat producedyou can mount a tv but you need to make sure of the clearances. price will depend on the brand and size.. LUXOR makes a 42 and a 66.. with a 50% turn down .price will vary on reseller .
