We currently have three full time installation crews on staff including licensed gas fitters and WETT Certified Technicians. We offer free onsite estimates to determine what products are best suited to your space.

Very poor customer service. I purchased a gas stove in August was told it would be in by the third week of October, never arrived till second week of November. Techs came to install the stove (they were great) stove had a problem needed a part, almost 3 weeks later received the part and it was installed. Everything was suppose to be up to par for inspection it was not took over a month for them to come back to fix the issues. Paid final bill over 8k and not even one thank you for doing business. I would definitely not recommend this company based on my experience with them.

Blackstone Construction and Design

We needed a fireplace for a customer. Not knowing what the differences, between different fireplace manufacturers, we had to do a little research. We contacted several suppliers and Embers was the only one to really take the time to answer all of our questions, make recommendations and explain all the differences between models and manufacturers. They have great staff and a beautiful showroom.
