Dickerson installed a fireplace on my screen porch. They were terrific to work with and the installation went very smoothly. I recommend Dickerson to anyone considering the installation of a fireplace. In addition, Dickerson recommended a terrific contractor for building the chase, installing the stone, and reworking the gas and electric. We couldn’t be happier with our new fireplace.

Dickerson Hearth installed a fireplace for me they knew was faulty without informing me about the issue. Then only after it was installed they advised that the control panel was faulty and it would be a couple of months before the replacement was in. It ended up being weeks longer than originally promised, so we missed the entire first winter's use. Now in our second winter we learn actually it wasn't the control panel it was a different part so after only a couple of weeks of use once again it isn't working and they can't even give me an estimated date on replacement because the manufacturer can only supply a few at a time. Stay away they are dishonest and their product is terrible!!

I highly recommend them; very professional and detailed in their work. I selected crema marfil for the surround, and it by far exceeded my expectations in quality of work. They finished all work in one day and cleaned up flawlessly, only came back to do touch up paint the next day.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Hill is very well informed about the products Dickerson offers and spent time fine-tuning the selection to our room size and budget. Work started on the day and time promised and Dustin and Daniel knew what to do and how to do it from the start. No second guessing; just worked quietly and quickly until the job was finished. The attention to detail and overall quality is top drawer. Hill is still checking-in with us to make sure everything is working properly. We are very happy with the Dickerson team...couldn't ask for a better sales/install service.

Great folks to work with! Dustin provided highly personalized service from design, to installation, and follow up on our sunroom/outdoor kitchen project. Dustin also has followed up several times with notes and calls just to check and make sure all is well and that we are enjoying our new addition...great service!
