We purchased our fireplace insert from Dean's Stove and Spa to replace an existing insert that didn't do the job. The people in the showroom were helpful and knowledgable, and being able to see so many different products on display was a huge help. The installation went well and we have been enjoying burning in our new stove since. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that we did not get a call from the installer prior to installation, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Fast and efficient The staff are courteous I've dealt with this company over 15 years I recommend them highly I love their products. I presently have a gas insert It has saved me a lot of money as I have oil heat I can't say enough about this company

Very great customer service here! We purchased a wood-burning insert in 2016 and absolutely love it. Price was competitive, installation was quick and easy. They left no trace behind when finished with the install. They have come out for a follow-up inspection, as well as a yearly cleaning... again, without leaving any trace behind. I Highly recommend Dean's for any purchase they may be able to supply.

We could not have been happier with the service Deans has provided. From the moment we walked into the store, we received top notch professional service from everyone including sales, scheduling and service staff. The sales staff were not only knowledgeable, but very friendly, polite, and respectful. The teams that came to do the installation of our propane fireplace insert were equally professional; they did an outstanding job and cleaned everything up when they left. They did need to change installation date, but they were considerate and called in advance to reschedule. We needed a service call about a month after installation for minor soot build up. When we called the store, we were immediately given a date which was only days out from the date of our call. The service person was prompt and very knowledgeable.He promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. All work was done within the original estimate.

I bought my Ravelli stove from Dean's Stove and Spa last year. The workers in the shop were extremely professional and helpful in picking the perfect stove for our home. I really liked the experience. However, the only downside is the installation cost. The worker took a check and did not explain the additional cost for piping. He had only used the smallest amount of pipe and there was nothing obstructing the view, it should not have cost any extra money. My husband was not home at the time, but said it should not have cost anything extra because it was such a simple installation. I was VERY disappointed that they charged so much money for instillation which could have been done by a family member of mine for free if I had asked. There was really nothing to the instillation. When I had called the store to discuss the bill for instillation no one wanted to hear it. They shrugged me off and did not care. Great selection and place to buy the stove. If you could install it yourself I would recommend that. If you have extra money, then go with them for instillation.

I called Deans because we had some problems with our gas insert. we were able to secure a very quick appointment. When Sean arrived, he was very professional and did a great job explaining the problem and solution. He was informative and quick and I highly recommend him for any service requests. Great job!

This is the second time using Deans Stove, when my house was first built and now to replace the one they installed 21 years ago. The quality of the stoves they sell is excellent as my first one lasted 21 years. The service they provide is second to none. This time I dealt with Deans son Sean and he will help continue the excellent service well into the future. I would recommend Deans to anyone that is in the market for a stove or any of the other products they sell.

The sales team walked me though all the available options and helped me chose the best stove for me and my family. I've had my FPX for a few years now and it's more than paid for itself.
