Camelot Real Fires

We came across Camelot in a recommendation from a neighbour when we were seeking advice on refurbishing a real fire in an old inglenook fireplace. Right from the first conversation Paul was both professional and helpful, so much so that we agreed then and there to set up a site visit. Paul drove to Hampshire from Worcestershire and brought his delightful father along and both of them set to work assessing what could be done and what they would feel able to recommend. My wife Lizzie and I are so glad to have engaged Camelot to undertake the work. When you are spending a lot of money on something you want to give comfort to you and your family for the rest of your lives, its a big decision. We've been absolutely delighted with our Camelot Fire. It's very well designed, extremely sturdy and does a brilliant job of warming the room without smoke escaping. Historically, we couldn't light a fire in the room because of smoke but this fire completely solves the problem. Plus, logs light easily and the fire pushes out a great deal of heat, thanks to its clever design. Just as important, the look of the open fire suits our regency fireplace much more than stove box. I'm also very happy to recommend Paul and his team who delivered on time and installed the fire efficiently and effectively.

Having tried to get an open fire installed into our 17th century thatched cottage with most shying away, Camelot came and surveyed the site, designed and installed a system which works superbly. Throughout the process Camelot guided us, were very professional, clean and tidied up afterwards, taking all the rubbish with them.
