In my 30 plus years as a builder/remodeler, I have had the pleasure to work with many people on different projects. My main rule is to do-it -right the first time. Loaded with remodeling experiences and my home building education received in Belgium I started my company in Denver, CO as Stan Of All Trades. My love for woodworking was noticeable at a very early age in my life. My urge to design and fabricate things drew me to school for designing, building houses and eventually lead me to become a skillful craftsman, mastering many disciplines. Applying this knowledge to repairs and refurbishments has made my clients happy homeowners and landlords. Last but not least, is the communication you need to understand the desires and expectations of the customer. Many projects fail because the finished product did not meet the customers’ expectations. This dissatisfaction is not always based on quality, but sometimes expectations. I pride myself in always taking sufficient time with my prospects to discuss and plan when designing a project and/or repairs.

The detail and creativity that goes into his work is absolutely incredible! Constantin has gone above and beyond in helping me repair work that was poorly done by a previous contractor. He is a great communicator and offers up very unique suggestions. I trust that when he does something, he has functionality and longterm solutions in mind. He is fair in his pricing and the quality is unbeatable! I will upload pictures of everything (he really does it all) that he has done as soon as the work is complete. I highly recommend him for your project!
