Twin Cities Tile & Grout was wonderful, I would recommend them. My wife and I hired Twin Cities Tile & Grout to partially remodel two bathrooms because our tile in the shower areas was failing and causing water damage. They tailored the project to our specific problem and budget. Unfortunately, there was more water damage than we anticipated. They clearly explained the problem (the bathroom floor was rotting and no longer stable) and worked with us on the solution (ripping out the old floor and replacing the vanity and floor tile). We saved money and controlled the design process by buying the tiles and fixtures ourselves. Regarding scheduling, they were reliable and they were respectful of our two young children. Overall, Twin Cities Tile & Grout was a good fit for us, and we I would not hesitate to contact them again for more help.

The tile on the floor of my master bath shower had begun to come loose. I contacted Twin Cities Tile & Grout Professionals and requested that they take a look. Jared came over to inspect. I was hopeful that I could just have the floor replaced, but unfortunately, tiles were also beginning to loosen on the walls as well. Jared was wonderful about clearly showing me where I had issues and explaining how they could best be resolved. I received a bid which was more than I'd budgeted, and again Jared was wonderful in trying to come up with some creative ideas to reduce the cost of the project a little while still fixing the problem. Beau did the bulk of the actual work, and he was prompt, diligent and tidy. He always showed up when he said, and he completed the steps with obvious care and craftsmanship. Between the efforts of Jared and Beau, I have a beautiful new tiled shower. I couldn't be happier with my shower, or with the entire process. Twin Cities Tile & Grout made a project seem so seamless that to me was a big deal. It was wonderful!!!

We hired them to do tile work for us on one of our client's master bathrooms.They did a fantastic job and our client was very pleased with the final result. We will definitely hire them again for future projects
