Every staff member was lovely and seemed genuinely invested in what we were getting tile for. No one was pushy and trying to pressure us to make a purchase.I really appreciated that I could buy some tile to bring home to my space, and return it if I changed my mind (it was not a special order tile). I would 100% recommend this place for anyone who needs tile.

Incredible staff! Welcoming and helpful ideas. CJ was so patient with us ! Her staff went out of their way to get product so we could pick up just after closing! The service was wonderful.

They also have a number of high quality "Vetted" contractors available for estimates from simple small handyman jobs to full gut demolition and rebuild renovations for whatever the homeowner is looking for, whether its special tile installations and repairs, backsplashes, countertops, new or replacement flooring options and even full kitchens or baths. I recommend Tile town for all my clients tile needs knowing what they provide is the top options and quality.

My go to store for tile. They carry a wonderful selection of porcelain tile. They have a great selection of trim and cement products.

Tile town is great,,, all the people there are friendly and very knowledgeable. I send all my customers there for tile and tile related products.. they have a wide selection and if they don’t have it in stock they always know where to find it.

Very knowledgeable staff, assisted us in selecting which grout to use in our application and had offered some colour suggestions that would look good with our tile. Also pleasantly surprised that Tile Towns prices were better than the big box stores. Will definitely shop in the future at Tile Town! Thanks Dan

Staff are so helpful and ready to help. I will never go to a box store again for a tile project. Totally recommend tile town.

We went looking for a backsplash for our new quartz countertops. We waltzed in with a sample and soon as Judi saw what it was she grabbed a particular subway tile and even though we did consider possible other options it proved to be the one best suited to our needs. Great choice, Judi! Now on with the install!!!!!

Choosing tile for our new home build was overwhelming but Jennifer was so knowledgeable and helpful. I love the tile choices and the prices were very good. Tile Town is my favourite go-to for tile and customer service!
