I was recommended by friend to the store, to shop for non-slip exterior tile, finally I found what I was looking for at this store after looked around many stores, what they have I did not find anywhere else, from Italy but price is pretty good also luckily I found the best sales, Carrie, she is knowledgeable and so helpful , few times she even came over from home to help me, she was not working on the day I went over, So I am so happy to recommend the store. (of course, not all the sales is so great sorry to say)

Tilemaster is the most UNRELIABLE when it comes to delivery the orders. NOT to be trusted on the delivery dates - they DO NOT even care! Very Unprofessional staff - the staff make fun of customers and laugh at them.

Unfortunately, after being recommended by a brother-in-law, they appear to be too busy to return a phone call. I guess they are too busy with contractor business!! The only reason they get one star is because of my relatives recommendation.

Pay less Kitchens

Has a wide variety of tiles to choose from, nice showroom with creative displays. Our go to place for tiling for kitchen counter backsplashes, tile floors, showers, etc.

I have worked with Tilemaster for 20 years. The service is excellent, friendly knowledgeable sales people That go out of their way to find the right tile for any project That you are working on. A lot of the tiles are in stock and ready for delivery but if you Need to order tile the timeline is always accurate. I highly recommend Tilemaster..
