We are very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience shopping with us; we would like nothing more than to rectify your opinion by offering a 30% discount on your next project. In regards to the details of your job, we were tasked with retrofitting and installing “panic hardware” on 18th Century doors. When we received your hardware, it was the wrong color. We contacted your hardware company which changed the timetable for completing the doors. We should have been better in communicating the delays. To better address communication issues, we have introduced a Customer Relationship Management tool to track better and update communication internally as well as suppliers and clients.
