Jamie Sorensen is an Interior Designer with Town and Country Interiors out of Mankato, MN. She graduated from Minnesota State University with her BS in Interior Design and Construction Management. With 8 years of experience, Jamie specializes in residential design, spanning both new construction and remodels. Projects cover a wide range of styles from Modern to traditional. Within Town and Country Interiors, she can offer both consultation services as well as sourcing products. Town and Country offers everything from floor coverings, countertops, lighting, and plumbing to wallpaper, blinds, furniture, fabric draperies and accessorizing. She plays an active roll in the Minnesota River Builders Association and currently sits on the board of Directors as the 2013 Vice President.

We worked with Jamie on a full house remodel and she was a HUGE help to us! She was very knowledgeable on all of her products, as well as having several ideas for us. She helped with EVERYTHING; paint colors, counter tops for bathrooms & the kitchen, flooring for all of the rooms, tile for shower/bathrooms, back-splash and much more. We are looking to build and I know we will use Jamie's services again, she is awesome to work with!

Jamie was an amazing help as we foraged through all of our "surface selections" while building our new house. What an overwhelming task it was to navigate all of the minutia of outfitting a brand new house, but Jamie made it easy and even enjoyable. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude at every meeting (and we met nearly every week for several months!); she was always so well-prepared at every meeting, laying out all of our choices for us to see, as well as additional options she found that followed our tastes; and, we greatly appreciated her generous flexibility in scheduling our meetings. We absolutely love how everything came together in our house. We certainly have Jamie to thank for that because of her vision and guidance.

Jamie has been a tremendous help to us over the years, but most recently she helped us design a major kitchen remodel/addition. Jame is a consummate professional. When I become overwhelmed with decisions, she is great at narrowing things down to a few choices. She listens to our input and has helped us create a home that reflects are true personalities and style. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone!

Jamie is a certified designer with a 4 year Interior Design degree with a Construction Management background. She takes into consideration your style and opinion, while at the same time giving you many different options to consider and providing her own professional opinion, as she is up to date on the latest trends and styles. She has high knowledge in new construction designing if you are building a new home. She also has high knowledge in remodeling if you are just looking to give your home a face lift. We recently dined at the newly renovated restaurant in St. Peter, MN called The Woods and Jamie helped with the design choices. It is a very beautiful space which Jamie helped inspire.

I own a flooring company and work often with Jamie Sorensen and several things about her stand out - - - She has an excellent use of color and contemporary design using a wide variety of flooring styles. I especially like her tile layouts for bathrooms, tub and shower surrounds, each one being quite different from the next and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I can always count on my materials being ready for the job and her scheduling each job accordingly makes my life easier. In addition to an easy going and professional personality, Jamie makes for an excellent designer - - -

I've had the pleasure of photographing some of the amazing homes designed by Jamie Sorensen! Her work is by far the best and it shows in the images. It's evident she pays close attention to every little detail when executing her designs. Her spaces are perfectly coordinated and have a unique balance of elegance and comfort. I highly recommend my friends and family to Jamie Sorensen! She is an absolute delight and pleasure to work with!
