Tony Reynolds

Artist Tony Reynolds lives in Granville, Ohio with his wife and fellow artist Kathy Anderson where they team up their talents running Tony Reynolds Designs. Tony’s interest in wood working started in earnest in 1992. After teaching himself the basics he was lucky enough to take classes from renowned wood-turners, David Ellsworth, Stuart Batty and Micheal Hosaluk. By 1995, Tony expanded his studio to include furniture building. His work is mostly in the Shaker and Arts and Crafts style, but he has also done commissioned work in the Federal style for various patrons. Recently several of his sculptural turned pieces were juried into the Ohio Designer Craftsmen Best of 2012, 2013, and 2014, an exclusive traveling show that attracts artisans from across the country. Tony is a professional member of the American Craft Council, the American Association of Woodturners, and an award winning member of Ohio Designer Craftsmen where he won “Excellence in Traditional Craft” for his entry into the “Best of 2012″ Ohio Designer Craftsmen show.
