Regina Burchett Fine Art

Regina Burchett is an artist with a professional studio at Clearwater Artist Studios in Concord, just north of Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from Michigan State University, studying textiles and art. Regina has continued her art studies with many well known pastel artists, including workshops with Cara Reische, Will Klemm, Susan Carlin, Richard McKinley, Bob Rohm, Claudia Seymour, Liz Haywood-Sullivan, Fred Somers and Barbara Jaenicke. “God’s creation inspires me every day. In my view, art should improve the life of the artist and the viewer – by giving them beauty, humor, a moment of peace… I love to feel that I have achieved that whenever possible. And I'm grateful for the opportunity to try.” Regina teaches drawing and pastel classes at her studio, and gives demos and workshops on painting skies. She was a finalist in The Artist's Magazine's 29th Annual Art Competition and was recently the featured artist in the Informed Collector Daily Brief. Art associations include: Campagna Society of Artists, the Piedmont Pastel Society and the Stanly Arts Guild. Regina gladly accepts commissions, and works from her studio at Clearwater Artists Studios in the city of Concord, North Carolina, where the arts are truly encouraged and supported.
