Laura is such a talented artist! I called her last minute to have each of my daughter's rooms stenciled and she fit us right into her schedule! She did an amazing job, was professional, and very clean/neat with her work. I would absolutely reccommend Laura!

Laura has done two nurseries for us and her work is impeccable! People are amazed to hear that such intricate and unique work was accomplished with paint! Our son's room was done three years ago and still looks flawless. We also love that she is so open to hearing our ideas and making them a reality. So often you are presented with a book to choose from--this was truly a custom experience.

Laura of Haute Handed is a true artist and designer. She created a beautiful custom wall painting for our Community Room at the Regatta Condominium at 420 E. Waterside Drive in Chicago. Our renovation committee members were impressed with her portfolio of custom paintings. We selected one of her custom paintings that truly made our community room beautiful. The custom painting in our facility provides an extra accent of art, design and color and makes the room more interesting and unique. I met Laura from Haute Handed at an art fair. I fell in love with her art at first glance. I purchased a couple of pieces and Laura made sure that they were perfect. We then discussed art work for the bedroom and decided on a stencil. Laura was amazing throughout the entire process, from picking out the best design, making sure scale and color were right, etc. She made every effort to create something that I would love and I do. Her prices are reasonable and the results are high end. I highly recommend Laura and will certainly be in touch for future projects.

Laura Greene of Haute Handed is crazy AMAZING! She listens to your wish list and is able to make it happen but takes it way up and beyond expectation! My check list was for her to transition my son's bedroom to be masculine, have a work station, a play station for XBox, and somehow get his clothes and a bed in there too! I was thinking I was dreaming as the space is only 11' x 13' and had some floor vents that could not be covered and 2 windows. Laura's first idea was gray and pin stripes! I loved the idea but told her sorry no wallpaper. She then surprised me when she told me she was going to PAINT the pinstripes! Her professional painting skills blew me away! It looked like wallpaper! She then added pieces that were all under budget. She combined an eclectic array of textures, with a desk of reclaimed wood, a mirror with leather border, a cow hide lamp shade, a fun shaggy rug, a metal entertainment stand and pillows with a wonderful array of colors and pop! Everything had fantastic "Functioning" ability, lots of shelves, bed with storage drawers, baskets, no dressers were even needed! I am so busy with work it was awesome that Laura e-mailed me with ideas, options and was so time sensitive when we met that this project was turned around quickly! The room is a show stopper! I have such a great time showing it off! My son finds it so comfy and easy to keep it organized. Laura of "Haute Handed" takes creativity and interior design work to a whole new level! Her vast experience, remarkable visions, and true professionalism make her the best in the business!

Laurra @ HAUTEHANDED is absolutely a dream to work. i'm an interior designer w/my own company and hand-select the folks i work with. She is definitely a trade that i'll be hanging onto!! Not only is she very talented in both the ideation and the execution elements, but she's a real professional and joy to work alongside. Its important that the team i create for every client project brings their A-game to the table. this means a positive attitude, an ability to zig/zag with ever-changing construction schedules, last-minute Client requests and timely/responsive followup. Clients are not always incredibly good at articulating what they want -- they'll point at a million different things they like and need help wrangling in on the actual idea. Laura is fantastic at interpreting these multiple puzzle pieces, zeroing in on the design and bringing it to life. As a designer, i sometimes dream up ideas that really are difficult to execute -- she is great at pulling me back, getting me to understand the different options and sharing w/me the different pricing. in a nutshell, you're crazy not to hire her. its rare to have such a great gal on my team and you should too!

I like to incorporate Laura's beautiful wall and canvas art in my design projects when I can, as I know that with her help, the room will be unique and fabulous. She's creative, a wonderful artist, great with my design clients and a lot of fun to work with too! Hire her...you won't be disappointed.

I contracted with Haute Handed to create a design for my bathroom walls via paint stencils. Laura (owner) was very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. She created and painted a beautiful design for my walls which I could not be happier with. I would highly recommend her services.
