Dawn Winter, Contemporary Abstract Paintings, LLC

Contemporary, abstract paintings. Commissioned work accepted and welcomed. Focusing on abstract and contemporary paintings, it wasn't until a visit to the galleries of Santa Fe, NM that Dawn Winter felt compelled to explore painting. She randomly chose acrylic paints, brushes, mediums and canvases and began experimenting. Her learning curve began with the thoughts of “I wonder what will happen when I ……” and this curiosity continues. Since that time, her interests have led her to paint abstract landscapes while continuing her passion for color and texture to create paintings with depth and harmony. Dawn Winter's paintings are displayed in homes and businesses throughout the United States. She has worked alongside interior designers in Austin and Dallas, as well as, with individual collectors providing original paintings suited for the design goals and their individual interests. Her work has been displayed locally in Austin, TX (Austin Art Garage) and she has participated in many art shows/exhibitions including a solo exhibit with The SEAD Gallery in Bryan, TX. Previously, several paintings were featured in two episodes of the HGTV show "Property Brothers" and framed canvas prints were available with Anthropologie.com. Currently, the painting "Glimpses of Gold" is available with Neiman Marcus and Horchow.
