Evocative, Powerful, Dynamic… This is the art of Colin Campbell. The organic quality of Campbell’s work is enhanced through his use of palette knives to layer, scrape, scratch and sculpt the unique nature of his art. Known for his large-scale, abstract oil paintings, Campbell brings his artistic vision to a global audience. Sought by interior designers, architects and art consultants worldwide, Campbell creates custom pieces for residential and commercial spaces around the globe. Born and raised on the southwest coast of Scotland, and having lived throughout Europe, the Middle East and the U.S., Campbell now calls Whidbey Island home. His studio, where he is greatly inspired by the beauty of his surroundings, is located in the seaside village of Langley, overlooking the Saratoga Passage with Mount Baker, the Cascades, and Camano Island as his inspiration.
