Our Process: 1. Review Existing site or building conditions. 2. Review Owners Needs and Desires for the Home improvement. 3. Give a fee for our design stages: Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction/Permit Drawings, Construction Administration with preliminary and final bids from Contractors. Or, target a the Client's budget though a design build process and produce a conceptual and schematic design per the budget for Client approval and then proceed to Construction/Permit Drawings for approval and then Construction per the budget.. Our ultimate goal is the Customer's satisfaction. We are located 2 Blocks from the Clarendon Metro at N. Fillmore and Wilson Blvd. in Arlington, Virginia.
