Trazo Design

Trazo has done a few small projects for me over the last few years, and in 2021 they designed a new ground up construction house. The process to conceptualize the house was smooth and easy, and the drawings came together quickly. Rappahannock county (who have a reputation for being very strict and very thorough in reviewing small details) approved the plans with no comments. I was amazed, I’ve never heard of that happening before! The construction of the house went very smoothly, the builder never had any issues with any elements of the design or plans. The house came out perfect, it’s a dream house. It’s modern and cozy, the rooms are all sized perfectly, it has a great flow and feels open and airy. There is absolutely not one thing I would change. Highly recommend Trazo, I will definitely work with them again, and can’t say enough good things about how the project went
