Tim Boss has experience – over 40 years of it. With expertise in all aspects of residential design, drafting, construction, sales, and marketing, Tim understands and creatively meets the needs of each client. While studying Industrial Design at Brigham Young University, Tim was able to gain experience doing architectural illustration and graphic design work for a small real estate advertising company. After graduating, he began his career drafting and illustrating stock plans in Portland, Oregon. Tim also worked designing institutional sign systems before starting work for Paradise Homes in Eugene, Oregon as a residential designer. It was there that he developed his talents and expertise in the custom residential design business. In 1995, Tim branched out and began working on his own. His experience has led him to be one of the Northwest’s finest custom home designers and his talents are frequently used to create award-winning projects throughout the region. His innovative work can be found all along the Wasatch Front, as well as in the Park City and St. George areas of Utah. He has also worked in leading resort communities in Idaho and Oregon. Discriminating clients have come from all over the country wanting to utilize Tim’s talents. As an architectural illustrator, he has illustrated countless designs for use in national magazines, advertising, web, and commercial displays. With his unique ability to interpret your vision and visually communicate creative ideas, he can expertly guide you through every aspect of your new home, from concept to reality.
