Remodel and refurbishment of a Victorian detached property set over four floors including extension and loft conversion. Mehran is very experienced, professional, hugely knowledgable and creative. His passion for his craft and enthusiasm comes through in abundance. He is very personable and pushed us beyond our comfort zone with respect to some of his ideas and cutting edge designs but we are really pleased that he did as the end result is a big improvement on the original plan.

When you work with people who are genuinely "passionate" about what they do, then it becomes obvious, because nothing is ever too difficult. We found Studio Integrate online and made a general enquiry. Instantly our query was followed up and we were put at ease from the first conversation with the team. Afterwards, Mehran, the main Architect/Interior Designer, visited our property and we were overwhelmed with his ideas, artistic visions and proposals. Above all, he was easily approachable, calm, friendly and patient. He also encouraged us out of our design comfort zone, which was quite an achievement in itself! More importantly he came up with ideas that added value and space to our property. Our project included a loft conversion, rear extension and a complete internal transformation. A year on, we still receive compliments from everyone that visits us. Mehran and his team have given us our dream home. We recommend this company with confidence.

Studio Integrate redesigned my house and created a new lighting design package. They were very professional and open minded to my ideas and our practical needs. They helped to create a more open and natural flow through the re- designed living space, leading onto the large oak framed extension at the back of the house. They also separated the private bedroom space and designed lighting to reflect this perfectly. Their design allowed me how to utilise the space better by moving the staircase to the heart of the home. The concept to install an atrium glass directly above the central staircase now showcases our floating staircase and brings in more natural light into the centre of the house. They recommended main feature lights and lamps that accentuates individual spaces, highlighting the separate areas within the home creating a warm, relaxing atmosphere but also bringing it altogether when needed.

Mehran came on board while the project was already under way but clearly was going to be challenging to complete as I did not have all the drawings and spec needed by the builders.So,in a short time,he was able to turn around the project to ensure the required tweaking to the internal layout was done and the required drawings and spec for electrical was prepared and all the options for the sanitary items were presented as well as the internal wardrobes etc.He was even involved in the optimization and selection of bifolds and windows to the whole house.His involvement was key to get the project back on track despite joining in the middle of the project.His attitude ,dedication and professionalism and attention to details is exemplary.I would highly recommend Studio integrate to anyone who wants a quality work with a hands on company who cares for its clients.
