Steve Moore

We couldn't have been more pleased with Steve Mason and the Studio 646 team. From the start, Steve completely understood our vision, requests and desires and translated those into a spot on design. Our main concern was maintaining the architectural integrity and period look of the house. We didn't what our second story addition to look like an add on. Then with a smaller footprint, we needed to make sure every square inch of the house was thoughtfully used. The amount of compliments we have received from friends, neighbors and complete strangers has been overwhelming. A successful remodel starts with your architect and we luckily found the right one.

Steve Mason with Studio 646 Architecture and I have worked closely together for over 10 years. I think so much of Steve that I just had him design a deck/pergola for our personal home. Our remodel was complicated. We converted a 1937 elementary school (Empire) into 6 fabulous apartments. There were a few hiccups - there always are. But the end product? Better than expected. Steve Mason was on it. I went to check in on the project one day (45+ minutes from Denver) and Steve was there there walking the site...........just to make sure all was well. It was.

Could not be happier. We called and visited several references. Steve and team brought great ideas and professionalism to the project. We many years in the construction trades, i have an idea of what i wanted, but needed the professional support to bring it to life. The team was perfect. started and stopped where I needed. I did not need them to pick out door handles, but needed them to make sure it was well designed and permits were approved. all happened without any issues. He was a very fair (good price), stuck to his price and never "nickel and dimed" me. Cannot be more happy.
