Salmans + Associates is a full service design firm. We approach our work as a collaboration between client and designer, working together to create meaningful places with a lasting impact from site analysis to the last little detail. In the end, we believe design is about process, a way of doing our work in a systematic way, our method. Together, we will find opportunities and solve challenges for each individual project while maintaining the critical aspects of budget, schedule and quality. Established in 1986, Salmans + Associates architects and designers has grown and evolved during the 34 years of operation with over 45 years in the business. We have had the pleasure of designing projects with a diverse and enthusiastic clientele over the years with numerous awards. As a developer we have used Salmans + Associates for over 30 years, Kelly Salmans has a very creative style, incredible perspective of size and shapes. From development layouts of a large scale developments over 55 acres, to small infill developments he has been able to design some great developments. On the construction side of Salmans + Associates Kelly and his team have produced some incredible custom homes. Again Kelly has a great perspective of size and placement of specific elements, doors, windows, roof lines, colors and styles. He has also been able to design some very impressive commercial structures. His layout of offices, entries and work areas fits with the needs of his clients. Kelly is an artist! He used his artistic and creative mind to help shape his clients needs. Need I say more?
