Paula Murphy Architect

Paula M Murphy is the principal of Paula M Murphy Architects. She has been a practising Architect for c30years and set up her own firm c 18 years ago. She specialises in domestic (new and renovation), small commercial and medical projects and roughly 25% of her work is on Conservation led projects together with a number of interior design projects. Paula M Murphy Architects pride themselves on providing individual one on one service and a turnkey service .She believes that time spend on the initial phases of a project gives better cost control and a better finish She is a frequent contributor to the Architects Clinic Problem page in the Sunday Independant Independant.ie and RIAI Journals Ms. Murphy also provides services in relation to Construction Disputes and Planning issues and is an Arbitrator, Conciliator and Mediator with extensive expertise in ADR Alternative Dispute Resolution (Twenty 25 years). Her dispute resolution skills( alternative to Court ) and experience assist in properaly managing her projects She does not provide services where Direct Labour is envisaged due to liability and project delivery reasons .
