How does this process work? Step 1: Give us a call. We can discuss what you're looking for and we can set up a time to meet. Step 2: We meet. We get to know you and your project a little better and we decide if we would like to work together. Step 3: The design process begins. Schematic Design is the first step in making your dream a reality. This is where we sketch ideas that become the foundation of your design. Step 4: Design Development. At this point we take the idea from Schematic Design and Develop it into a more concrete visualization in our computer software and finalize the design. Step 5: Construction Documents. At this point we take your final dream design from Step 4 and get it ready for your contract documents and building permit. At this phase we also help coordinate consultants. Step 6: Bidding and negotiations: We help you with the bidding and negotiation process with contractors. Step 7: It's time to build! We can provide construction administration services.
