ONSITE DESIGN is a multidisciplinary design firm with a strong emphasis on custom homes, renovations, and additions. Onsite provides clients with exceptional customer care, and state of the art 3D modeling, so they can view the completed project before ever leaving the studio. We take time to understand the way our clients live, assessing their needs for both the present and future. This assessment is the context that informs design direction. The outcome is thoughtful design, tailored to the clients’ needs, as well as beautiful design that adds value and enhances lifestyle. Initial consultation and proposal are complementary – giving our new clients the confidence they deserve to move forward with working with us. Current projects range in scale from kitchen remodels to planning and designing for large residential/mixed use developments. We have designs in Settlement at Willow Grove, Old Goodwood, University Club, Rouzan, The Preserve at Harveston, Americana, Sugar Mill Pond and more.

Mike Hogstrom of OnSite is the developer and architect of Etage Gardens. He drew the plans for my home there. Mike is creative, listens carefully to learn his client's preferences, and then implements those in his design, as well as adding a little lagniappe. Each home in Etage is unique while reflecting the developer's vision for the development. The staff at OnSite are both professional and easy to work with. I've been very pleased to be part of their first project.

Can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Mike and his entire onsite team! We had a very challenging project and they took it and ran with it. Mike's vision and creativity made our home everything we wanted and much more! The before and after photo's speak for themselves. Our builder complemented mike and his team over and over again! If he had any questions they responded very timely and many times showed up on the job site to review with our builder! We have referred many friends to Onsite and we can't wait to work with them again!

When we decided to build our first house, we contacted Mike Hogstrom at Onsite Design to guide us through the process. He was very patient with us and asked us what was important to us in a house and what space we needed and what space was most important to us. We were able to give him our thoughts and desires as he took time to attentively listen to us. As a result of our meetings and conversations we worked together in designing our house. We went through several renditions before we came to what we wanted. Mike offered helpful suggestions, but he also accepted our suggestions without hesitation. He presented us a computer generated graphic of our house, including color and landscape. He and his entire staff were exceptional people to work with. I would highly recommend Onsite Design and Mike Hogstrom when you consider designing your next home.

Very one on one with customer and strive to meet all expectations and goals for your design.. We will continue to use them for All future projects. We approached Mike at Onsite to design our custom home. We gave him some pictures and had several conversations with him about our expectations and the process as a whole, since this was our first time designing a home. Working with Mike was straight-forward and stress-free. He and his team were exceptional in their professionalism and availability. In total, the process took about 6 months, and we could not be happier. We love the design and look of our house, both inside and out. We are extremely happy past clients and could not recommend Onsite with more enthusiasm.

Mike and the team at Onsite are fantastic. They take the time to listen to the client and ask questions to really understand how a client will live in the space. The design is not only beautiful but functional and practical. We were fortunate to work with Onsite on our personal home, as well as to work with the team on projects for our own clients through J. Rivet Construction.
