N2 Design+Architecture PC (N2) offers the client a single source for integrated design solutions in commercial and residential architecture, interior design and project management. N2 provides the management of resources and relationships to achieve an owner’s desired results, and assist the owner with managing the day-to-day operations of a project. N2 will advise and represent the owner from the earliest stages of the project, starting with conceptual design, through the final design, permitting, pre-construction, bidding, construction, commissioning, move-in and preliminary occupancy stages.

As a kitchen and interior designer with a busy firm of my own, working with Frank and N2 architects has been a 10 out of 10 experience. Frank is creative and practical, and is very caring about the clients' needs. He met as often as was needed with myself and the clients, and he was easily accessible. He had great ideas for the project, and he was a pleasure and professional. The project went very smoothly and came in on budget.

Harry Nicholaides was the architect for a 20% floor space increase in our home, employing a sub-architect and coordinating multiple contractor/ sub-contractors. It should be noted that Harry, in his renovation design needed to focus upon a house built in 1928, maintain the colonial decor, yet provide for modern ammenities. An excellent architect who thoroughly understands the high net client market. Harry works well with all parties, maintains professional yet cordial relationships, and plays an excellent client's advocate role which resulted in excellent designs for the our renovation. Overall, Harry has a great attention to detail and in that role, also sees that the local building codes are adhered to. Harry's vast architect and construction experience brought full value to our renovation, and we would welcome Harry and N2 Desings using this project as a reference

I would highly recommend Harry, Frank and the rest of the team at N2 Design + Architecture for any architectural project you may have. We were referred to them by a former client of theirs to redesign our very small and outdated home in Port Washington. N2 helped us creatively and cost-efficiently redesign and maximize the space, making every corner of the house useful and gorgeous for our growing family. Best of all they are friendly, positive and extremely reliable people who are always available to troubleshoot or brainstorm. We can't wait to work with them again soon!

N2 Design was the principal architect in several projects that we did in renovating two large homes. The first major project we did was an addition of 3000+ Sq Ft to a 1926 6000+ classic English Tudor Home. Harry pays great attention to detail and keeping the projects on time and fairly priced construction. We converted a garage into a great kitchen, added four new bathrooms and three new bedrooms and the construction and home appearance was seamless. The second project was a total exterior and interior change to our current contemporary home in Old Westbury. Many people ask if it was a Frank Lloyd Wright project-N2 Design did an exceptional job-and Harry was the manager of this project for us.

Harry's attention to detail and overall knowledge of architecture and design allowed our interior renovation to go smoothly and seamlessly. I highly recommend Harry and his team for all types of work! He understood our requirements and was able to put together a design that still gets rave reviews from our family and friends to this day.

We took a 1950's house down to studs. We have built and renovated several homes in the past, though this project was in many ways the most difficult. We provided Harry and his team with our wish list and they delivered! Many renovated homes resemble the former house. We wanted a new home within the old skin. They did it! Harry's services included helping us select a contractor to selecting the interior finishes in the house. With their help we have a beautiful home that we will enjoy for many years to come.
