We are a close-knit, highly collaborative team of professional listeners and dream makers who don’t take ourselves too seriously. Formed in 2003, we specialize in the residential design of classic, time honored homes in a diverse range of styles. We do not have a signature look – instead, we are an ego-free office sought after by clients who desire a home that feels as if it’s always been there, and our diversity comes from listening very well to our clientele. We like to hand draw - it's romantic and excites people. But we also embrace tech - to the point where we can make an actual model of your custom newel post. We are authentic - we study and we study more. We are passionate down to fine architectural details rarely discussed these days - like the specific shadow cast by moulding profiles - all to make your home exquisite and architecturally correct. Our work has been featured in numerous publications & blogs worldwide, with projects extending across the country and beyond – including California, Ireland, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Colorado, North Carolina, Iowa, and Michigan, just to name a few. The business side is just as important to us as the design, and our team meets constantly to tweak and hone our systems to make your experience with us a smooth ride. Our main office in the City is located in a historic re-purposed 1924 brick warehouse in Minneapolis, while our Country office is in a 1922 bank in Buffalo, which includes two vaults, one of them being Jeff’s office
