Marissa designed a house my husband and I are looking forward to living in - we really love the house. Everyone that tours it is surprised by how spacious and comfortable it feels, although it’s smaller than our previous house. Marissa responds to questions quickly, and I appreciate how collaborative she has been. She’s knowledgeable about building requirements and there wasn’t any difficulty obtaining the necessary permits. Working with Marissa was a positive experience and I love the house she designed for us.
